Digital product refund policy
Digital downloads are normally final once delivered, but a broken file or duplicate charge should never leave you out of pocket.
When we will help
Contact us within 14 days if you were charged twice, received the wrong pack, cannot open the delivered ZIP, or a promised file is missing. We will first replace or correct the file and will refund a verified duplicate or unresolved defect.
Change-of-mind requests
Because digital files can be copied immediately, change-of-mind refunds are not generally available after the download has been delivered. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
How to request support
Email hello@worksheetwise.org with the purchase email, pack name and a short description. Do not send card details. Payment and refund processing is handled through Dodo Payments.
