Digital product refund policy
Cancel future renewal from your account. A broken file or duplicate subscription charge should never leave you out of pocket.
Cancellation
You may cancel renewal through the billing portal. Access continues through the paid period shown in your account and no later renewal is charged. Cancellation does not itself refund a period already started.
When we will help
Contact us within 14 days if you were charged twice, cannot access an active subscription, cannot open a member file, or a promised file is missing. We will first restore or correct access and will refund a verified duplicate or unresolved defect. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
How to request support
Email hello@worksheetwise.org from the account email with a short description. Do not send card details. Subscription and refund processing is handled through Dodo Payments.
